This bratwurst salad recipe with doner sausages combines the spicy taste of the popular Turkish fast food with crunchy vegetables and spicy feta.
Our doner sausages , which are seasoned with spices such as paprika and garlic, give the dish an exotic touch. But of course you can also use other sausages for this simple sausage salad. This salad is also particularly delicious with our Dönakäs or our doner sausage .

The hearty bratwurst salad is quick to prepare. For the salad, we use peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, coleslaw and lettuce. You can add the vegetables of your choice, but onions or iceberg lettuce are also good options. You can grill the sausages or fry them in a pan. If you have leftover bratwurst from the day before, you can use those too. Simply cut all the ingredients into slices and put them in a bowl. For the dressing, mix the vinegar and olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together and the salad is ready.
