These definitely include chicken, burgers, bratwurst and steaks from a variety of animals. Pork and beef are particularly popular. High-quality grilled meat usually does not need a marinade; a little salt and pepper are perfectly sufficient. This does not apply to more unusual grilled food such as spare ribs. Before the pork ribs can be marinated, you should remove the silver skin from the spare ribs and, ideally, rub them with a spice mixture. However, the really good taste only comes from the marinade. There are a wide variety of recipes for this, which you can vary to suit your personal taste.

Prepare poultry on the grill – enjoy low-calorie food

Poultry is one of the most popular types of meat, even among grilled meat lovers. High-quality poultry is not only convincing because it is so tender and subtle in taste, but also because it is particularly lean meat. Furthermore, the animals are fed at least 70 percent grain, the addition of vegetable proteins is permitted, and feeding them with fish or animal meal is strictly prohibited. The resulting quality can also be felt in the taste.
