Your new bosses.

Our grandfather founded the Freyberger butcher's shop in 1958 - since then we have been serving fine food from Sperberstrasse. For us it is a matter of course and an honour to continue this wonderful craft and to maintain the butcher's shop. We are great fans of quality and honesty. Our job is our calling. As a meat sommelier, Dirk has reached the highest level of the butcher's profession. As a spice sommelier, Sven is researching an area that is enriching for us.

Together we run the branches in Nuremberg and Katzwang with enthusiasm and full commitment and operate both a catering service and an event catering business. Our legs and our thoughts never stand still. With projects like the Butcher Wolfpack or our food print, we want and can make a difference.
