We train you to be a master of customer wishes and a guardian of our guild. You bring more magic to our honorable craft and our business. With your powers, you create beguiling taste experiences and cast a spell over customers. You speak their language and take the reins when it comes to quality and order. During your three-year training, you will learn from the best! A shortened training period is possible.

During your training...

• You will learn everything about meat cuts and their processing/refining into high-quality specialties.
• You will become a fighter (m/f/d) for the best quality.
• you will learn all the important techniques for the job as well as the correct handling of machines and technical equipment
• You will become the guardian (m/f/d) of quality and hygiene.
• you have a system-relevant and crisis-proof job.
