We thought we would try new things together. The result is our new live online grill seminars.
On June 27th, Metin Calis and the Freybergers prepared a Mediterranean and oriental 4-course menu on the grill.
When Mediterranean cuisine and BBQ came together at Freybergers, everyone had the opportunity to be there and take part! We prepared the Grill-n-Chill packages for all those who pre-ordered and even sent them to more distant regions of Germany. This meant that everyone could get to know Mediterranean cuisine on their grill from home.
With our live online grill seminars we also aroused the interest of the Bavarian Broadcasting Corporation , who accompanied us and a participant at home with their camera during the stream.
With the launch of his new book, we have created the opportunity for connoisseurs to get a taste of the culinary delights of Turkish grilling and, of course, for grill enthusiasts to gain a new perspective on their grill.
