INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS
3 Franconian sausages 150 ml beer50 g brown sugar
1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon cornstarch
PREPARATION
- Grill or fry the sausages and cut them into pieces about 1 cm in size. Then chop the parsley.
- Meanwhile, bring the beer and brown sugar to a boil in a pan over high heat and then simmer over medium heat for about 10 to 15 minutes. When the sauce has reduced and thickened slightly, add the mustard and stir.
- Mix the cornstarch with a little beer or water and pour it into the pan. Then let the whole thing boil for about a minute.
- Now pour the sauce over the bratwurst pieces and sprinkle everything with the chopped parsley.
