The meat for our smoked blood sausages comes from the Uehlfeld noble pig. Hans Rössner, Reiner Freyberger's cousin, slaughters the pigs for us in Uehlfeld.
The animals come from farms in the immediate vicinity of the town. This means that the transport routes are particularly short. The long fattening period also ensures the outstanding quality. This makes the meat from the Uehlfelder Edelschwein something very special.
