What is special about our most popular grill seminar, in addition to the very meat-heavy menu, is above all the expertise, tips and tricks that Dirk Freyberger, Nuremberg's first meat sommelier, imparts to the participants during the course.
Participants have a wide range of questions that can be answered in the course. So whether you want to know what a special cut is? Whether dry or wet aged beef is better? Forward or backward grilling, the right approach? Or what the perfect doneness of a steak is? Meat lovers will get their money's worth in our steak and burger grilling seminar.
Meat pops and orange-fennel salad form the starter, which then leads into a delicious bacon-cheese burger. If you can't wait any longer, just order it directly as a burger kit from our online shop and grill it yourself at home.
For the main course there is a wide selection of steaks from Nuremberg's first meat sommelier Dirk Freyberger. Here you will find Franconian steak specialties such as our Ribeye Steak , international delicacies such as Miyasaki Striploin , special cuts such as Hanging Tender and of course our Dry Aged Premium Beef products such as our Porterhouse Steak .
The sweet conclusion is a chocolate banana boat with marshmallows, and if you like you can also treat yourself to an espresso. Everything is included in the course price.
